- gather the following information: claim number and car rental reservation number (if necessary)

STEP 2:CONTACT CHASSIS MASTER (CM)
- provide CM with insurance company name, claim number and car rental reservation number (if necessary)
- at this time CM wil schedule your vehicle’s repair
STEP 3:DROP OFF YOUR VEHICLE
- at this time we can arrange car rental service for you if needed
STEP 4:CONTACT YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY
- inform them of the location of your vehicle (Chassis Master)
STEP 5:CHASSIS MASTER WILL CONTACT INSURANCE COMPANY
- CM will contact your insurance company for any additional damages found after further evaluation of your vehicle. If a supplement is required, the insurance adjuster will visit CM and re-inspect the vehicle
STEP 6:CHASSIS MASTER WILL START REPAIRS ON YOUR VEHICLE
STEP 7:CHASSIS MASTER WILL CONTACT CUSTOMER WHEN VEHICLE IS READY TO BE PICKED UP
STEP 8:CUSTOMER WILL PROCEED TO PICK-UP VEHICLE AND PAY DEDUCTIBLE IF NECESSARY
